Red Stripe’s Christmas Eve specials feature Lobster Ravioli with sautéed spinach in a sherry-saffron cream sauce; Red Stripe Surf & Turf: a 20 oz. bone-in ribeye paired with baked stuffed shrimp and a choice of one side; and four jumbo Baked Stuffed Shrimp with choice of side. Guests may add jumbo baked stuffed shrimp to any entree for $3.50 each. Side dishes include handcut Frites with aioli, Parmesan Truffle Frites with aioli, Glazed Carrots, Red Bliss Mashed Potatoes, Haricot Vert, sautéed Baby Spinach, and Butternut Squash.
